Our gluten-free, grain-free, paleo meal plans started with Heather’s 2013 New Year’s Resolution to get organized in the kitchen. And now we can help you! All of our gluten-free meal plans are also grain-free and mostly dairy-free and paleo. They are also suitable for kids and adults alike. Not to mention, delicious! They were designed to feed a family of four, but you can easily modify the recipes to fit the size of your own family.
